Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Once dispatched, your order is expected to be delivered within 3–5 working days within the UK.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

Wrong address / delivery responsibility

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Delays

While we always aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services.
